This balanced blend of Sangiovese (53%) and Old Vine Zinfandel (47%) is full of ripe, concentrated flavors of cherry, raspberry, and Amaretto, ending with a warm, spicy finish. Great with lasagna and other Italian dishes.

A Note About Naturally-Occurring Sediment in Monti al Mare
As a boutique winery, we produce small batches of artisan wines, often choosing to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes by fining the wine as little as possible. As a result of this minimal fining, some of our wines may have naturally-occurring sediment settle fall to the bottom of the bottle.
We recommend that you use a filter when serving Monti al Mare if you prefer to keep the sediment out of your glass. We understand that it can be a bit shocking to see, and want to reassure you that the sediment will not harm the wine or you. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
