WINEMAKER NOTES: The cool 2019 vintage in New York provided the optimal growing conditions for this wonderfully crisp, high acid, off-dry style wine. Fermented and aged in stainless steel we were careful to keep oxygen exposure minimal to retain its beautiful aromas. As a final touch, we left a small amount of perceptible CO2 from the primary fermentation for a nice, slight spritz upon opening.
