WINEMAKER NOTES: The cool temperatures of the 2019 vintage contributed to beautiful flavor development and acid retention, resulting in elegant wines with captivating aromatics and character. Named after our son, our Theron rosè is a fresh, lightly colored, aromatic wine – it is youthful, vibrant, and as full of life as its namesake. Following 24 hours skin contact, we pressed the beautiful pale pink juice to tank for fermentation. Careful to keep oxygen exposure to a minimum, we fermented and aged the wine in 100% stainless steel.
