WINEMAKER NOTES: The cool temperatures of the 2019 vintage contributed to wines with beautiful flavor development producing elegant wines with captivating aromatics and character. After handpicking, our Sauvignon blanc was pressed at low pressure to avoid harsh phenolics. Careful to keep oxygen exposure to a minimum, we fermented and aged the wine in 100% stainless steel, resulting in a lively and fresh style Sauvignon blanc.
