Cellardoor Wine Club Agreement:

Maine state law requires that we take payment in full at the time of signing up for or renewing a wine club membership. Members can only purchase a membership or renew their membership while physically present at the winery. Cellardoor Winery does not store or hold wine club member credit card information.

The purchaser of the wine club membership must provide verification of legal age to purchase alcohol. The wine must be for personal use only and not for resale. Wine club benefits are non-transferrable. There are no substitutions allowed for the selected wine club wines.

At the time of purchase on-site, the wine must qualify for shipment into the state where the purchaser intends the wine to be delivered. No delivery address changes are allowed during the membership year. Shipping charges are in addition to the wine club charge. Cellardoor Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, returned, or reshipped wines. An Adult Signature is required at the time of delivery.

We provide email notification prior to shipping each wine shipment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify us of any dates where an adult will not be available to sign for the package. We can hold a shipment until a later date when an adult will be available to sign.

Terms and Conditions:

Purchaser and recipient must be at least 21 years of age. All wines are sold in Maine and title passes to the buyer in Maine. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Maine. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. If you want to ship wine to one of the states listed below, by placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to have a common carrier deliver your order where you want it delivered. We obey laws of each state regarding shipments of wine direct to consumers.
