A Note From Our Team
As a boutique winery producing small batches of artisan wines, we occasionally choose to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of our wines by fining as little as possible. As a result of minimal fining, some of our wines may be more sensitive to extreme conditions. Here at the winery we take care to store our wines at safe temperatures, but we understand that once they go out into the world they may be subjected to very hot or cold temperatures. Due to exposure to more extreme temperatures, sediment may appear in the wine, this is completely natural and should not affect the wine’s taste. Types of natural sediment include tartrate crystals, wine diamonds, from cold temperature exposure and fine protein sediment from hot temperatures.
