This year our L’Acadie blanc harvest was larger than anticipated and although it was a long and arduous day, the quality of the grapes was exceptional! The chemistry and flavors are perfect and it is looking like a fantastic 2020 vintage of Blanc de Blancs. The wine just finished the primary fermentation and we will begin preparing it for the second fermentation in bottle this winter. Photo gallery of our harvest volunteers picking fruit below!
