As we look forward to the delights of harvest 2019, we proudly share and enjoy ourselves, our newly released, inaugural Ice Wine from our 2018 harvest.
This week our winery team has received 24 tons of Tempranillo, Merlot, and Grenache as well as the juice of Semillon and Chenin blanc. While some of our crew is sorting fruit as it heads for pressing, others are managing pumpovers three times a day, prepping yeast for inoculation, and of course, cleaning and testing as we go. Crush is crushing on.
The results from Finger Lakes International Wine Competition & Camp Good Days Wine Auction and Great American International Wine Competition are in, and we couldn’t be more proud of the results and our winery team!
