WINEMAKER NOTES: 2020 could go down as the best vintage in the last 20 years in the finger lakes. The warm, dry fall provided optimal growing conditions for this wonderfully crisp, high acid, off-dry style wine. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, we were careful to keep oxygen exposure minimal to retain its beautiful aromas. As a final touch, we left a small amount of perceptible CO2 from the primary fermentation for a nice, slight spritz upon opening.
