Pairings 101: Holiday Treats

$60At our Holiday Treats themed Pairing 101 in November, Chef Patrick Anderson will share his favorite holiday recipes. Our Pairings 101 classes are designed to help you hone your tasting and pairings skills to give you the confidence to match wine with food at every meal. Seats for this pairing are limited, so early reservations are recommended.
We all have certain dishes that really make it feel like the holidays and the menu for next Pairings 101 is inspired by dishes that have special meaning to members of our team at Cellardoor, some of you that have attended prior Pairings 101s, and of course Chef Patrick Andreson from Churchill Catering and Events.

Salad of petit greens, blue cheese, candied walnuts, pomegranate seeds
Second
Peking duck dumplings with orange ginger sauce
Third
Beef tenderloin, with Delmonico potatoes and asparagus terrine
Sweets
Spitzbuben, toffee bark, and dark chocolate truffle
This is a small plate pairing experience, with an emphasis on learning about pairing complimentary and contrasting flavors.
