For many of you, this lunch will feel warmly familiar, as it carries on the spirit of the “Food & Wine Pairings” we’ve so enjoyed hosting over the past few years.
- First Course – Smoked salmon & beurre blanc, brioche crouton, quail egg
- Second Course – Braised carrots, harissa & charcoal aioli
- Third Course – Steak au poivre crêpes, arugula, pickled onions, wine reduction
- Fourth Course – Crumb cake with rhubarb, vanilla anglaise
