WINEMAKER NOTES: Our Sangiovese and Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon were both harvested with high acid making them the perfect wines to blend with locally sourced pure Maine maple Syrup and fortify with unaged brandy for this lovely port-style dessert wine.
