Amorosa

The Niagara grape creates a wine that has a   powerful bouquet of white grapes and honey with flavors of sweet dried apricots.

Artist Series Grenache (Release Date: June 17, 2010)

 

For our second annual artist series, Alan Magee, a renowned Maine artist graciously offered his painting Septet for Erwin Schulhoff.  Appreciative of the Maine arts communtiy, we will proudly donate 20% of the proceeds from sales of this wine to Bay Chamber Concerts.

                  

For this limited edition release, our winemaker crafted this elegant wine, made solely from Grenache grapes.  A perfect balance of delicate berries, soft oak and firm tannins. 

 

Pairs well with rich cheeses, duck, wild game, and salmon.

Barbera

This Aromatic, Fruit forward, lightly oaked wine is full of raspberry and vanilla aromas while blended with Malbec (12%) to enhance body and texture.         

 

Food Pairings:  pizza, pasta, sundried tomato pesto, pork, and salmon

Clary Hill Blue

We are proud to bring you this dry oaked blueberry wine full of vanilla and spice aromas and backed by firm tannins. The blueberries were harvested at Clary Hill Farm in Union, ME. 

 

Pairs well with fragrant cheeses and roast pork dishes.

Gewurztraminer
This off-dry wine is fresh, light, and florally aromatic with just a hint of sweetness on the finish.

Monti al Mare

This complex blend of Sangiovese (70%), Malbec (24%), and Syrah (6%) is full of ripe black current and warm spice aromas and backed by firm tannins.  Monti al Mare is Italian for "mountains to sea" and is our tribute to the mid-coast of Maine where the mountains meet the sea. 

 

Pairs well with baked pasta,  herb encrusted rack of lamb, and aged cheeses.

Our tribute to the owner of Fidelity Investments because, well, Ned said so! This De Chaunac and Chancellor blend is bright and fruity with fresh aromas of strawberries, bananas, thyme, and spice.

Perfect Stranger

Made from the Cayuga white grape, this wine has aromas of beach roses with comples flavors of juicy pears and a finish that is both spicy and sweet.

Prince Valiant

This medium bodied, aromatic, fruit forward blend of Zinfandel (46%), Mourvedre (23%), Tempranillo, (23%), and Malbec (8%) has delicious aromas of  black cherries,  vanilla and soft oak.

Queen Anne’s Lace

This sweet Riesling and Vidal Blanc blend bursts with juicy melons and lemon zest with a long lingering finish.
