Pairings 101 - Chinese New Year

We’re kicking off 2015 with on a festive note with a Pairings 101 inspired by the bright colors and exotic flavors of the East. Dim Sum originated with travelers along the ancient Silk Road needing a place to rest and take tea. Later, tea houses added small plates of Cantonese Dim Sum. Join us as we navigate through some of these delectable dishes in this unique Pairing 101 experience! We’ll be testing your senses and learning all about the basics of aroma identification and sensory evaluations as you sip on wine and indulge in bites from a specially created menu.
