Spain has always been a country of strong, seductive flavors — saffron, cumin and some of the finest and most flavorful olives and olive oil in the Mediterranean. From sensory evaluations to the art and science behind wine pairing, we’ll be cooking up some special treats with the help of Chef Lani Stiles and team of Megunticook Market and pairing them with Cellardoor wines. The class includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, and a specially crafted tasting menu created by Chef Lani Stiles and the team at Megunticook Market, as well as sensory evaluations and aroma identifications. Join us at the farmhouse table with our own wines to celebrate a season that has been full of warmth, comfort great food & good cheer! Each class will highlight a different pairing aspect (such as bridge ingredients, cooking technique, acidity, sweetness, etc.).
