About the Chef

Christina is the owner of Paolina's Way. Her grandmother, Paolina, was the inspiration for the restaurant. Paolina's Way was founded in the hopes of bringing the family's traditional Italian food and love of cooking to Camden. As a child, Sundays were spent helping her grandmother make handmade pasta and fresh sauces. She has incredibly fond memories of this experience and hopes that her restaurant will create warm memories for you.

"Paolina's Way denotes our name as well as how we serve our food, our community and our environment. Stepping through our doors reveals a welcoming atmosphere and enticing cuisine, with a beautiful handmade wood-fired brick oven as the focal point. We updated our Italian family recipes with locally produced, organic and healthy Maine coast fare to plate delicious wholesome dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and seasonality. Paolina's Way is committed to being a Green Business and serving our environment by reducing, reusing and recycling wherever we can. Paolina's way is to invite friends and family to gather and dine in a place that feels like home. Our home is Camden Harbor."
