Come spend an evening learning the art of preparing a 4 course Contemporary American inspired meal featuring dishes that celebrate the freshness of summer's harvest from Bryan Dame the executive chef at the Edge Restaurant in Lincolnville, Maine. Then, dine on your creations paired with our wines in our beautiful loft! This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining experience rolled into one. After working in the kitchen, guests will enjoy the dinner they have helped create paired with samplings of wine in the beautiful barn loft. This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining experience rolled into one.
